Confession: I didn’t have a great evening yesterday. In fact, I felt pretty sorry for myself. I wanted to do anything but laugh. However, I knew that laughter would help me to feel better. I found this video from the founder of laughter yoga and it helped me to feel a bit better and more importantly, it helped me to see things in a brighter light.
My issues still remain and I’m not over the moon about the dilemma I’m facing at the moment but with laughter yoga I have helped to regain focus upon the positive, upbeat and kind nature that are my personal values.
